History / Literature / ELA for April 4

This week the students will be taking the Iowa State Test.  Please be sure that your child gets plenty of rest and eats a good breakfast. We will end our week on Friday with a "Big Bang" by going to Peaceable Kingdom.

History / Literature/ ELA for March 28-April 1st

Happy Easter! Praising God that we serve a risen Savior.

This week we will spend our time taking a practice test and reviewing for the Iowa Test. There will be no spelling words for the next two weeks. (The kids were excited about this.)

Math for Week of March 28- April 1, 2016

We will spend this short week reviewing math skills needed for our IA Test on April 5-7.

Chemistry/Bible March 28 - April 1, 2016

This week we will continue to learn about polymers - making bouncy balls and a few other fun examples!  We will also learn about polymers that contain sugars.

On Tuesday, our Bible lesson will focus on our Risen Lord - we will join the second graders on a "Resurrection Egg Hunt" and enjoy a few special treats provided by Mrs. Carroll.  Throughout the week, we will review the kings of Israel and Judah.
