History/Literature Week of October 5th-9th

Hermes is the god of transitions and boundaries.

Reminders:

Oct. 4th - Christ Church Sunday; Please have your child in "chapel uniform" at 9:30. No later than 9:45 Dinner after service - bring your favorite dessert.
Oct. 9th - Trojan Horse Project is Due.
*** Students need to start working on their speech, costume, and symbol  for the Greek Museum.  Their speech will tell a story about their god.

History:

VP Card - Greek Olympics
Web-quest -This week students will  finish  a Greek myth and research Aphrodite, Hephaestus and Heracles
History Pockets -We will start working on pocket 3 which will help us learn about the Daily Life of the Ancient Greeks.

We will be discussing chapters 16-18 this week
