In History, we will learn about the huge mistake King Saul made that resulted in him being removed from office. This lesson teaches (and reminds) us that we are called to obey God and not give in to the temptation to "do it our way."
In Chemistry, we will continue to learn about the "octet rule" of electrons that makes bonding of atoms possible, We will also learn about chemical properties of matter and observe some of these properties (bubbles, color change, change of state).
We will work on vocabulary related to chemical properties as classwork.
We will begin to use the three-ring binder for science notes as well as vocabulary instead of spirals. I think this will help us keep better organized!
